Iki increases the salary of its employees

“As of 1 January 2022, the supermarket chain Iki is increasing the salaries of its employees. Edita Jakučionytė-Lukšė, Director of the Personnel Department of UAB Palink, which manages the shopping network Iki, says that the increased salaries will be paid to people working in the sales, logistics and production departments from the beginning of the year.

 

“We pay great attention to the well-being of our employees. The last few years of the pandemic have clearly shown that it is very difficult to predict the future trends of the trade and labour market, therefore, in order to provide our employees with as much stability as possible and to be competitive on the market, we are increasing the salaries of employees in the stores, production and logistics departments as of 1 January,” says E. Jakučionytė-Lukšė. […]”
