Member News | Astorija Brasserie: the newly renovated brasserie
April 8, 2022
Astorija Brasserie located in the heart of Vilnius’ Old Town and recently renovated, has reopened. During a special evening, attendees have been able to test the new menu. It was created in collaboration with two kitchen professionals. The forces were joined by the world-renowned chef Martynas Meidus, who was twice included in the TOP 300 of the world’s chefs. Also, the chef of the restaurant, the chef of the restaurant Alvydas Liubauskas. The duo of chefs created a menu that reflected the French culinary style. Many dishes on the menu are made from several high quality ingredients, inviting you to feel the flavors and their history.
Singers Evelina Sašenko and Martynas Kavaliauskas spread the French mood. They were assisted by a live band of musicians. The non-traditional solution received a lot of attention – the windows of restaurants did not show the Old Town of Vilnius, but the views of Paris.
Guests tasted French classics: a variety of flavors, crab meat, grilled tuna steaks, dorado, Coq au vin and more. The dishes of modern cuisine – cauliflower steak and cauliflower waffle – also shone. Gourmets adore oysters. Their scanning culture in Lithuania was born in this restaurant.
Discover and enjoy, the newly renovated Astoria Brasserie.
