On November 1st, new cryptocurrencies regulation will enter into force in Lithuania
The Law on Anti – Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention will be changed by adding some additional clauses, which provide additional requirements for the companies which engaged activities with cryptocurrencies.
All these requirements will be applied for legal entities which are established and operating in Lithuania.
