At the heart of the Forum are The Visionaries – women from diverse fields who are shaping businesses and industries today through their experience, ideas and achievements.\nAdvancing gender equality in business also means creating greater visibility for the perspectives and leadership women bring to the professional world. Rather than focusing solely on the challenges women face, the Forum aims to shift the conversation towards what women bring to the table – their expertise, leadership, innovation and impact.\nBringing together accomplished women from a wide range of industries and professional backgrounds, the Forum will create a space for exchanging perspectives, sharing experiences and building connections across sectors. At its core, the event is built around four values: business intelligence, collaboration, visibility and gender equality.\n \nWhy This Forum?\nOver the past decades, women have become an integral part of every level of the business landscape. Yet women remain underrepresented at the highest levels of corporate leadership and in many professional forums, showing that important gaps in leadership, decision-making and professional visibility remain.\nWhile conversations around gender equality have traditionally highlighted the barriers women face, the Women in Business Forum takes a different approach: it puts the spotlight on women’s knowledge, achievements and contribution to business today.\nStrong professional networks and access to diverse perspectives play an important role in professional and business development.
