In the dynamic activities of the retail network, the emotional health of employees who are constantly faced with a large influx of shoppers is of great importance.
How does IKI care about the emotional health of its employees?
- Provides access to consultations from uneducated psychologists.
- Invites to trainings on stress management, feeling awareness, psychology, improving leadership skills. These trainings are accessible for free on the electronic training platform.
- As we have colleagues from Ukraine in the team, we organised a seminar, where we talked about the characteristics of the national mentality, the differences between the nations and helping them to integrate.
- Since 2021, all employees who have completed the trial period are covered by supplementary health insurance.
