I have been living in Lithuania since 2018 and I offer coaching services, for teenagers and adults, in face-to-face or distance sessions. Orientation, school coaching, and professional life coaching are my main themes. Previously, I worked as an administrative executive and then in teaching. I am also a pedagogical director at the Vilnius International French Lyceum. In addition, in 2022 I will validate the certificate of professional mediator, which makes me an expert in relational quality and conflict resolution, whether in a business or private setting. I am therefore starting to look for my first mediations. The mediation process, which is very structured, is particularly effective in helping people in conflict to get out of the situation permanently. For a company, calling upon a professional mediator is the guarantee of maintaining a positive and peaceful climate at work.
