The conference will be opened by:

Mr. Franck Riester, Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness

Executive Vice-President of the European Commission
Ms. Betty Chemutai Maina, Minister for Industrialization, Trade, and Enterprise Development of Kenya
Mr. Ryad Mezzour, Minister for Industry and Trade of Morocco.

Following these introductions, the panels will bring together high-level policy-makers, experts, representatives of international organisations and civil society actors involved in the fields of economic development and international trade to address the themes of economic and regional integration, the African Continental Free Trade Area, sustainable development and the prospects for trade and investment relations between the European Union and the countries of the African continent.

The format of the event is subject to the evolution of the health context. Please note that the health pass will be required to enter the conference center.
