Anxiety in the workplace doesn’t have to be a roadblock—when properly understood and directed, it can become a powerful source of focused energy and meaningful productivity.

On October 1, 2026 we held insightful workshop, Role of the Manager: Transforming Employee Anxiety into Productive Work, led by People and Culture Expert, Consultant, and Genos Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner Nastasija Deineko.

The workshop took place in the new conference hall at Šeimos Kredito Unija. The modern, well-equipped space provided the perfect atmosphere for open discussion, deep reflection, and collaborative learning among leaders and management professionals.

Through a blend of organizational psychology and practical leadership tools, Nastasija guided us through how managers can navigate emotional dynamics within their teams to foster healthier, high-performing environments.

Key Highlights & Frameworks Covered:

🔹 The BART Model & Open Systems: Understanding how Boundaries, Authority, Roles, and Tasks shape team dynamics and organizational health.

🔹 “Person in a Role” & ORA: Utilizing Organizational Role Analysis to help team members align their individual strengths and personal perspectives with organizational expectations.

🔹 Uncovering Hidden Anxiety: Identifying the root causes of workplace tension before they lead to burnout or disengagement.

🔹 Practical Application: Working through real-world case studies to build immediate, actionable leadership competencies for everyday management.

A huge thank you to Nastasija Deineko for sharing her expertise in adult learning and leadership development, to Šeimos Kredito Unija for hosting us in their fantastic new facilities, and to all the managers who joined us for these valuable discussions!
