News | Ignitis grupė made the final investment decision regarding the Tume solar park in Latvia
On September 3, UAB Ignitis Renewable (owned by Ignitis Grupė), received the approval of the Board of the Energy Group, and will continue to develop the project in Tukums Municipality, Latvia
Estimated total capacity of the project – 174 MW, with investments totaling up to 106 mln. EUR
The project is already on the construction stage, the start of commercial activity estimated for 2026
The goal of Ignitis Grupė is to increase the green production capacity by 4 times, from 1.3 GW in 2023 to 4-5 GW in 2030
