Galina Kojanova is a Master Coach and former international manager with more than 20 years of experience in business and team leadership. Originally from Belarus and living in France for nearly 30 years, she brings a strong multicultural perspective to her work and collaborations.
Through her consulting activity, she supports companies in addressing both business and human aspects of transformation, drawing on her background as a Lean Management Black Belt and her long experience in corporate environments. Her approach combines coaching with Jungian-inspired methods, using creative and innovative workshop techniques.
Galina is also the host of the podcast Le Reflet des Contes, where she explores stories, symbols, and personal development practices.
