On April 30th, 2026, the French-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce hosted an engaging workshop titled “Intercultural Communication in Business: Beyond clichés: learn how to navigate intercultural differences”, bringing together professionals eager to strengthen their cross-cultural communication skills.

Held at the Institut Français in Vilnius, the session was led by Xavière Grigonis, Founder of Learning Arch Studio, who shared her extensive experience in pedagogy, instructional design, and working within international environments across Europe.

Throughout the workshop, participants explored how cultural differences shape communication styles, feedback approaches, and decision-making processes—often in subtle and unexpected ways. Moving beyond stereotypes, the session introduced practical frameworks and tools to better understand and navigate these differences in everyday professional contexts.

The discussion highlighted common friction points within international teams and offered concrete strategies to foster clearer communication and more effective collaboration across cultures. The interactive format encouraged participants to reflect on their own experiences and exchange perspectives in an open and dynamic environment.
