On 30th January, in Radisson Blu Astorija, the French – Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce organized a business breakfast to increase awareness of the CCFL members and friends regarding company’s confidential information and its protection. The topic was presented by Mr Tomas Rymeikis, Partner of the law firm Eversheds Saladžius, who highlighted the most important aspects of what should be known to protect your business.

During the presentation Mr Tomas Rymeikis covered such topics as what is considered company’s confidential information and how to protect it, who is responsible for taking due measures and the steps to formalize it, as well as liability for unlawful disclosure of confidential information. He also shared practical tips and insights from his long lasting corporate law practice with the particpants of the CCFL event.
