ISCID-CO, Higher Institute of International Trade of Dunkirk – Côte d’Opale, was born in 2012 from the merger between ISCID, created in 1985 and ESCIP, created in 1991 by Arc International. ISCID-CO also has the status of University Business School since the integration of ISCID into the University of Littoral Côte d’Opale (ULCO) in 1997.
