CCFL member Baltic FEZ (Marijampolė LEZ) recently announced brand new manufacturing real estate for rent!
In February 2025, a 5,330 m² A++ energy-efficient production building with administrative offices was completed in the Baltic Free Economic Zone (Marijampolė LEZ). The new facility is designed to streamline the investment process for manufacturing companies by offering a prime location, ready-to-use infrastructure, access to skilled talent, and strong local support.
