On July 14, marking France’s national holiday Bastille Day, a high-level meeting took place between Lithuanian Prime Minister’s advisers—overseeing international relations, economic diplomacy, and regional development—and the leaders of the French–Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce.
The gathering highlighted both countries’ dedication to deepening economic and commercial collaboration.
Building a Bridge to Francophone Markets
Adviser for economic diplomacy, Taurimas Valys, emphasized: “We are grateful for the dialogue with the French–Lithuanian Chamber—their practical experience is invaluable in implementing Lithuania’s economic diplomacy strategy”.
Echoing this sentiment, Anthony Poullain, President of the Chamber, stated: “France is one of Lithuania’s key economic diplomacy partners in the EU. Today, we discussed how the Chamber can act as a bridge—helping Lithuanian companies to enter French-speaking markets, and French investors to tap into Lithuania’s potential”.
