We began 2026 by coming together around the Galette des Rois  (January 6, 2026), a time-honored French tradition that symbolizes sharing, togetherness, and fresh beginnings.

Traditionally enjoyed at the start of January, the Galette is more than just a cake: it is a moment to slow down, gather around the table, and celebrate community in a light-hearted and joyful way.

In this spirit, our members enjoyed an evening filled with warm conversations, laughter, and meaningful exchanges. One of the highlights of the event was the introduction of our newest members,  If Draudimas and St. Dalfour, who presented themselves to the community and were warmly welcomed into our network. Their participation brought new energy and perspectives to the group, setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

Beyond the tasting, the gathering offered a chance to reconnect after the holidays, strengthen professional ties, and look ahead to the initiatives planned for 2026. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere reflected exactly what this tradition stands for: connection, openness, and shared moments.
