According to a secret shopper survey, “If” is the leader in customer service in the Lithuanian insurance market. The company’s operations are based on a culture of trust, employee growth, and long-term investments in competence development – a direction reflected by the establishment of an international IT competence centre in Lithuania in 2023.
“If” Insurance has more than 374,000 customers in the Baltic countries, and in 2024, the company in Baltics paid out €153.6 million in claims.
