The Visionaries – Women in Business Forum

The French-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce is pleased to introduce The Visionaries – Women in Business Forum, a new exclusive initiative showcasing female expertise, fostering meaningful professional connections and strengthening the business community in Lithuania. At the heart of the Forum are The Visionaries – women from diverse fields who are shaping businesses and industries today through their experience, ideas and achievements.

Advancing gender equality in business also means creating greater visibility for the perspectives and leadership women bring to the professional world. Rather than focusing solely on the challenges women face, the Forum aims to shift the conversation towards what women bring to the table – their expertise, leadership, innovation and impact.

Bringing together accomplished women from a wide range of industries and professional backgrounds, the Forum will create a space for exchanging perspectives, sharing experiences and building connections across sectors. At its core, the event is built around four values: business intelligence, collaboration, visibility and gender equality.

Why This Forum?

Over the past decades, women have become an integral part of every level of the business landscape. Yet women remain underrepresented at the highest levels of corporate leadership and in many professional forums, showing that important gaps in leadership, decision-making and professional visibility remain.

While conversations around gender equality have traditionally highlighted the barriers women face, the Women in Business Forum takes a different approach: it puts the spotlight on women’s knowledge, achievements and contribution to business today.

Strong professional networks and access to diverse perspectives play an important role in professional and business development. The Forum aims to create opportunities for genuine exchange, where knowledge is shared, new perspectives are discovered, partnerships can emerge and future opportunities take shape.

Our Speakers

The Forum will welcome business leaders, entrepreneurs, executives and emerging professionals from across the business community, and all of them are going to be female!

Participants will have the opportunity to gain new perspectives, learn from accomplished professionals and build connections with people from different industries.

Event Program

The program will combine three expert round-table discussions, interactive Q&A and networking opportunities.

The round tables will explore three key areas:

• Innovation and the Future of Business – technology, new business models and the forces transforming industries;
• Building Brands, Markets and Communities – consumer relationships, differentiation, community and business growth;
• Sustainable and Resilient Business – sustainability, adaptability and building businesses prepared for a changing environment.
